Response Time: Within 24 hours
1. CANCELLATION TIMEFRAME
Orders may be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placement.
This allows us to stop processing before shipment.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible because:
- The order may already be processed
- The item may be packed
- The shipment may be dispatched
2. HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
To request cancellation:
- Email info@glamforce.net immediately
- Include your Order Number
- Use subject line: “Order Cancellation Request”
We will confirm whether cancellation is approved.
Cancellation is not valid until you receive written confirmation from our support team.
3. ORDERS THAT CANNOT BE CANCELLED
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The item has already been shipped
- The order is marked as “Dispatched”
- The cancellation request is submitted after the allowed timeframe
In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy after delivery.
4. REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
If your cancellation is approved:
- A full refund will be issued
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
Please allow additional time depending on your bank or card provider.
5. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION REVERSALS
If cancellation occurs before payment capture:
- The authorization may simply be reversed
- The pending amount may disappear automatically
Bank processing time may vary.

We reserve the right to:
- Reject repeated cancellation abuse
- Restrict accounts involved in suspicious activity
- Refuse service where fraud risk is identified
Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
Unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution and may result in account review.
7. MODIFICATIONS INSTEAD OF CANCELLATION
If you need to:
- Change size
- Update address
- Correct contact information
Contact us within 12–24 hours.
Once shipped, modifications cannot be made.
8. POLICY UPDATES
