1. WHEN AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your return request is approved
- Your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe
- You received a defective or incorrect item
- Your order was cancelled by us
Refund eligibility is subject to review and approval by our support team.
2. HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
Refund Processing Time:
5–7 business days after approval.
This timeframe begins once:
- The returned item is received and inspected, or
- The cancellation is officially approved.
After processing, your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Typical bank processing time:
3–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
3. HOW ARE REFUNDS ISSUED?
All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
We do not issue refunds to:
- Different cards
- Bank transfers (unless required by provider)
- Cash
If your original card has expired, contact your bank. Most banks automatically route refunds to replacement cards.
4. HOW TO CHECK YOUR REFUND STATUS
To check your refund status:
Step 1: Check your email for refund confirmation.
Step 2: Review your bank or card statement.
Step 3: Contact your bank to confirm if a pending refund is being processed.
If you still cannot locate the refund after 10 business days, contact us.
5. REFUND NOT SHOWING IN BANK ACCOUNT?
If your refund is not visible:
- Confirm that 5–7 business days have passed since approval.
- Contact your bank or card provider.
- Check for pending transactions.
Sometimes refunds appear as a reversal of the original charge rather than a separate credit.

- Your Order Number
- The name on the order
- The email used at checkout
6. SHIPPING FEE REFUNDS
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:
- The item received was defective
- The wrong item was shipped
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.
7. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Items are returned damaged
- Items show signs of use
- Items are missing original packaging
Refund decisions are made after inspection.

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first.
