HOW ORDER TRACKING WORKS
Once your order is placed:
- You will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
- Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days.
- After dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.
- Tracking details will be provided within 48 hours of shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact support.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
To track your order:
Step 1: Locate your Shipping Confirmation Email.
Step 2: Click the tracking link provided.
Step 3: Enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website.
If you cannot find your tracking email, check your spam or junk folder.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING TIME

7–15 business days depending on your location.
Delivery time may vary due to:
- Customs clearance
- Public holidays
- Carrier delays
- High seasonal demand
Please allow the full delivery window before reporting delays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international shipments:
- Customs processing may cause additional delays.
- Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not controlled by GlamForce.
TRACKING STATUS NOT UPDATING?
If your tracking number shows limited movement:
- Please allow 24–72 hours for updates.
- Some carriers update tracking after the package reaches the next transit hub.
If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us for assistance.
ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your order shows “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery notification.
We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation if required.
